Database and invitation

The Protocolbureau gives its advice and support during the invitation route. This allows a large and desired attendance to be guaranteed. Additionally, the Protocolbureau is capable of taking over much work:

• Compiling a database: the Protocolbureau checks the addresses to make sure that everyone is written to correctly.
• The use of titles, so the dignitaries are addressed correctly.
• Composing a guest list: apart from the own customers, potential customers and beautiful people are invited as well.
• Drawing up invitation texts: what should they comply with according to etiquette? And how will a large attendance be guaranteed?
• Establishing an invitation route: when will advance announcements, invitations, reminders and/or confirmations be sent?
• The reactions: Writing up the responses and answering common questions.
