From concept development and scenario to coordination and send-off. The route that is covered in close consultation with our client has the following spearheads:

- The communicative message: your objectives are translated into a convenient and inspiring meeting. At this stage all of the subjects which provide the basis for a successful event are brought up for consideration.

- The organisation: which location is selected? Who are our suppliers? What menu will be choosen? How will the guests park? Will the location need decoration? Do we need technical support? What security measures will be made?

- The hospitality (also see 'relationship management'): what does a guest list supporting your objectives look like? How do you guarantee the desired turnout? How do you support the host or hostess? How do you see to it that the proper meetings will take place?
