Our seating programme was originally developed on the occasion of the Royal Wedding of HM King Willem-Alexander and HM Queen Máxima. It is now used for fashion shows, networking dinners, conferences and official events. The programme is an easy way to seat guests, at small or large and formal or informal events.
How it works
The use of our seating programme consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: the basis of a seating (number of rows, tables and chairs).
- Step 2: who sits where?
- Step 3: last-minute changes.
- Step 4: printing of seating plans, guest lists, table cards, row numbers, etc.
- Step 5: on-site registration and seating of the guests, including last-minute changes due to no-shows.
Protocolbureau manages one or more of these steps, depending on your wishes. It is also possible to use our programme and make your own seating.
From invitation to seating
It is best to determine the entire process at the very beginning: compiling a database, composing a guest list, drawing up invitation texts, establishing an invitation route (announcements, invitations, reminders and/or confirmations), registration and seating. Protocolbureau has the expertise to advise on and manage this process.
